Everything your NDIS service runs on. Kept where it belongs.

In your office. On hardware you own.

SVRaiGN takes the operational side of running an NDIS service, reporting, onboarding, governance, and the knowledge your team builds, and puts it in one private system that keeps your data on your premises instead of someone else's cloud.

It isn't SaaS, and it isn't another miracle tool. It's a private operating system for your business, built for NDIS providers at every stage, and you can reach it from your phone.

Turn the hours lost to admin and disconnected systems into capacity for new participants. Grow your way with the Core+ module suite, or run multiple sites with clear oversight across all of them. The recent NDIS reforms have made data security and compliance non-negotiable, and SVRaiGN is built to support your obligations and keep sensitive data protected, on site, under your control.

SVRAIGN ENVIRONMENT PRIVATE INFRASTRUCTURE
The SVRaiGN node, a private intelligence unit installed on your premises.
Reporting Work produces records your organisation actually keeps. Reports, approvals, and evidence stay inside your infrastructure, not a vendor's.
Governance Access, standards, and operating logic stay controlled. Built around your organisation's real language, permissions, and priorities.
Continuity Institutional intelligence compounds over time. What your organisation learns stays in the system. It doesn't walk out the door.

One operating system. Owned, or on the way to it.

Every SVRaiGN deployment runs on the same operating system, built around how you already work. It handles reporting, onboarding, governance, and the institutional knowledge your organisation builds over time. Your data stays on site, and the system understands what is being asked without ever needing to know who it's about.

Core is the system, owned outright. Foundation is the same system on your premises, rented, for organisations building toward that step. The difference isn't the intelligence. It's how much of it is yours.

Core · the system
Your workflows, on hardware you own. The operating system, made yours. Your workflows, your governance logic, your hardware in your building, your data entirely in-house. You own it outright. Nobody licenses it to you, nobody hosts it elsewhere, and no subscription keeps it alive.
Foundation · the on-ramp
The same system, rented to start. For organisations not quite ready to own Core. The same node on your premises, running tested workflows from day one. A solid base to build from, with a clear path to owning it when the time is right.

The longer it runs, the more it's yours.

SVRaiGN adapts to your terminology, your governance, and your approval logic, so you won't reshape how you operate to fit a platform. Most software gets replaced. SVRaiGN gets more specific over time, carrying forward your processes, your language, and the operating logic you've built up.

It removes administrative duplication, knowledge lost to staff turnover, compliance gaps, and your dependency on outside platforms for sensitive data. It strengthens work through governed workflows, institutional knowledge that compounds, and capacity you gain without hiring.

The SVRaiGN node.

Every SVRaiGN deployment is anchored by the node, a dedicated piece of hardware installed on your premises. It's the secure gateway between your AI and the outside world. Something physical, in your building, that you can see and point to.

Your data stays on site. The node sits at the boundary and guards everything that crosses it. Nothing reaches the outside world until it has been stripped of identity, right there on your premises. The system understands what is being asked without ever needing to know who it's about.

With Core, you own the node and everything behind it. We install it, and it's yours, permanently. Not ready for that step yet? Foundation puts the same node on your premises on a rental basis, so you build from a solid base now and own it when the time is right.

$0 Zero data migration fees, because we never hold your data in the first place. There's nothing to move out of someone else's system, since it was never in one.
Show the technical detail

Your files never move. Only the idea of them does.

Source documents stay on your own systems. Nobody uploads, copies, or relocates them. The node holds only an index: a mathematical representation of your files' meaning, not their contents.

De-identified at the bridge

The node uses on-board GPU processing to strip identifying detail (names, identifiers, addresses, dates) from each fragment before it's sent for processing. Detection and removal happen locally, in real time. Only an anonymised fragment crosses to the processing layer. The substance of the request goes through. The identity stays behind.

It reasons over what, never who

Processing works on de-identified fragments only. Once an answer returns, the node restores identifying details outside the processing layer entirely. The processing layer never holds a single identifying detail, in either direction, wherever it runs.

Semantic caching

The node caches answers on meaning, not text. Reworded questions resolve to the same stored response, and repeat queries return from local memory in milliseconds without touching inference. Where most requests are variations on a small set of questions, this clears the bulk of live compute load.

Tiered model routing

The node classifies requests by complexity and routes each to the smallest model that can handle it. Trivial lookups never touch the large model. Full-scale inference stays reserved for the complex work that needs it, so most requests resolve on fast, lightweight paths.

Pre-computation and scheduled batching

Predictable, high-volume work like reporting, summarisation, and compliance documentation runs ahead of demand during off-peak windows. The system runs at full utilisation overnight, which keeps business-hours capacity free for live work.

Priority-aware scheduling

The node queues work by priority, not arrival order, and preempts for time-critical requests. An incident report jumps ahead of routine batch work whatever else is running. The system stays responsive at the moments that matter, even under full load.

Context over scale

Performance comes from relevance, not parameter count. A right-sized model with strong local context beats a far larger model running blind, and it does so on a fraction of the compute and memory.

Streaming responses

Output streams from the first token, so a response starts appearing in well under a second even when the full answer takes longer. Time-to-first-token is what you feel as speed, not total generation time.

Efficiency and sovereignty are the same design decision.

Every technique here runs on your hardware. No request leaves the boundary. Nothing gets offloaded, metered, or throttled. The architecture that keeps your costs down is the same one that keeps your data sovereign.

Why this is real

Owned outright. No subscription. Your data never leaves the building. I know how that sounds.

If you run an NDIS service, you've been sold to before. Software that overpromised. Tools that didn't deliver. Subscriptions that crept up every year. So when something reads this good, the honest response is to ask where the catch is.

You're right to ask. Most of the time, a deal this clean is hiding something you'll pay for later. So here's the truth, plainly.

I built this for NDIS providers. It's my passion project and the first thing I've put out into the world. I spent months making the system as cheap to run and as powerful as I could get it, because making it genuinely affordable for the people doing this work was the point, not an accident I'll quietly correct once you're locked in.

There's no investor behind me demanding the price go up. No data centre I'm reselling you. No margin machine to feed. The price is low because I wanted providers to actually be able to own their own intelligence, instead of renting it forever from someone who profits whether you do well or not.

It's not too good to be true. It's just built by someone who wanted it to be true for you.

Charles Dantzic Founder, SVRaiGN

Own it. That's the point.

Core is the product: your system, your hardware, your data, owned outright. Foundation exists for organisations not quite ready for that step. It puts the same node on your premises, rented, so you build from a solid base and own it when the time is right. Core+ scales the system across larger teams, and Core X across multi-site organisations.

Foundation · the on-ramp
For those not yet ready for Core $990/month with a $4,990 onboarding fee

The same node, installed on your premises, on a rental basis. A solid base to build from when owning Core outright isn't the right step yet, with a clear path to owning it when you are.

  • The SVRaiGN node on your premises, running SVRaiGN's operating system and tested workflows.
  • Reporting, onboarding, and day-to-day operational intelligence from day one.
  • The node de-identifies your data before any processing, the same privacy architecture as every tier.
  • Rent for as long as it suits you. A legitimate way to start, not a destination in itself.
Core+
Teams up to 75 · modules & Matrix from $75,000 or $6,500/month toward ownership (with a $9,990 onboarding fee)

For operations that have outgrown a single environment. Three times the staff support capability, the full module platform, and access to the SVRaiGN Matrix. Switch on the modules your organisation needs and the system grows with you.

We scope all pricing against your operational reality before build work begins. Support and servicing on every owned tier stay optional. For multi-site and sovereign-scale environments, see Core X below.

From Core+, an intelligent private organisation layer.

SVRaiGN does more than run your operations. Once the foundation is in place, Core+ extends into the parts of the organisation where intelligence creates leverage: growth, memory, leadership insight, staff support, and future capability.

You select modules from Core+ around your own priorities, so the system grows as a strategic asset instead of another disconnected platform. Core X includes every module as standard.
